Mr. Vivek Agrawal, a native of Patna, Bihar, has served for around two decades in various Government departments across different states, gaining rich administrative and professional experience. He took V.R.S. from a Class-I Gazetted Government job to pursue entrepreneurship and laid the foundation of Somnath Group. Having expanded the business in entire Bihar, Jharkhand, and Orissa, he has built Somnath Group into a trusted name in the automotive sector.
Under his leadership, the group achieved a turnover of Rs. 700 Crores approx. in FY 2025–26, with a milestone of Rs. 1000 Crores set for FY 2026–27. A visionary leader with an optimistic outlook, he continues to drive innovation and growth. His strong technical know-how and background further adds to his expertise, seamlessly equipping him to handle and scale the business.

Mrs. Jaya Agrawal, wife of Mr. Vivek Agrawal has been associated with the group since its inception in 2008. With over 15 years of experience, she plays a pivotal role in managing administration, HR, warehouse operations, inventory control, and customer relations.
Known for her excellent communication skills and strong leadership, she ensures smooth coordination across teams and addresses customer needs with efficiency. Her positive outlook, modern management approach, and dedication make her a driving force behind the company’s growth and success. Mr. Kshitij Agrawal

Mr. Kshitij Agrawal, son of Mr. Vivek Agrawal and Mrs. Jaya Agrawal, is a dynamic young leader driving innovation and growth at Somnath Group. A B.Tech & M.Tech graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) and an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, he brings strong technical expertise and strategic business acumen to the organization.
At just 25, he serves as Vice President – Strategy & Growth, where he focuses on business expansion, innovation, and long-term value creation. His modern outlook, analytical approach, and entrepreneurial mindset make him an integral part of the next generation of leadership at Somnath Group.
