Mr. Vivek Agrawal, a Graduate Engineer from Patna, Bihar, took V.R.S. from a Class-I Gazetted Government job to pursue entrepreneurship. He entered the automobile spare parts industry, for growing Somnath Enterprises and Viswanath Enterprises, followed by three private limited companies.
With over a decade of versatile experience across Bihar, Jharkhand, and Odisha, he has built Somnath Group into a trusted name in the automotive sector. Under his leadership, the group achieved approx ₹600 Crores turnover in FY 2024–25, with a target of ₹750 Crores in FY 2025–26. A visionary leader with an optimistic outlook, he continues to drive innovation and growth.

Mrs. Jaya Agrawal, a Graduate Engineer and seasoned entrepreneur, has been associated with the company since its inception in 2008. With over 15 years of experience, she plays a pivotal role in managing administration, HR, warehouse operations, inventory control, daily dispatch systems, and customer relations.
Known for her excellent communication skills and strong leadership, she ensures smooth coordination across teams and addresses customer needs with efficiency. Her positive outlook, modern management approach, and dedication make her a driving force behind the company’s growth and success.

Mr. Kshitij Agrawal

Mr. Kshitij Agrawal, son of Mr. Vivek Agrawal and Mrs. Jaya Agrawal, is a dynamic young leader driving innovation and growth at Somnath Group. A B.Tech & M.Tech graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) and an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, he brings strong technical expertise and strategic business acumen to the organization.
At just 25, he serves as Vice President – Strategy & Growth, where he focuses on business expansion, innovation, and long-term value creation. His modern outlook, analytical approach, and entrepreneurial mindset make him an integral part of the next generation of leadership at Somnath Group.
